Rules and Regulations – Holiday Travel RV Resort
All residents must have a window sticker visible to the guard when entering the resort. Registered guest and visitors must display a pass.
Parking is limited to one unit per lot. Please park on your lot only. Motor homes, boats, boat trailers and utility trailers must be parked in the storage compound. (You will be allowed a few days to pack/unpack or repair your unit.)
Please do not park or drive on empty lots.
Operators of all motorized vehicles must be of driver’s license age. Please observe the posted 10 mph speed limit at all times.
All rates are based on two people (extra guest = extra charge). Use of recreational facilities included in rate charge. Rates are subject to change.
All overnight visitors must be pre-registered with the office by the registered guest/resident. All fees associated with the visitor will be charged to the registered guest. Each overnight visitor will be charged $6/night. Seasonal and long-term (POS) residents are allowed visitors for up to 2 weeks at no charge.
Cable TV is available at each site, and cable charges are on a daily or monthly basis. You are responsible for the cable from your site pedestal to your unit.
Only household garbage (in bags) is to be deposited in the dumpsters. Please deposit newspapers and aluminum cans in the proper recycle bins. Please check your map for dumpster and recycling locations. All leaves and grass clippings must be bagged, and will be picked up on a daily basis.
Pets must be leashed at all times. Noisy pets will not be permitted. Please pick up after your pets and walk them only in designated areas. Pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside. When a pet owner is observed violating the above rules, a warning will be issued. If observed a second time, a fine of $25 will be imposed, or at the option of resort management, the pet owner may be required to leave the resort.
Post office boxes are available for residents and registered guests only. The box number will be the same as your lot number. Renters will be required to get a box at the Okahumpka or Leesburg Post Office. Holiday Travel Resort’s post office is located in the Ken Jones Center. Be sure to include your lot number and section as part of your address.
Messages will be posted on the message board in the main office. Only emergency messages will be delivered to your site. Please remember to check the board daily.
All facilities and organized activities are open to residents and registered guests. Please observe the posted rules and regulations for each activity. Some sporting equipment is also available for use at no charge. Please visit or call the main office at 352.787.5151 for additional details.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the indoor pool/spa. Please follow the rules posted at all times.
Practicing on the golf course is allowed when the course is not in use, but please do not hit balls off the greens. You are welcome to use the tee mats and there is an extra mat located near the back gate. Please observe the local rules printed on the scorecard at the first tee, located behind the Leisure Center.

Bottles will be filled in front of the Maintenance Facility. Please follow the posted directions. Motor homes may be filled on site by the propane company. Request forms for this service are provided in the main office.

Designated Sales Area
Only RVs and motor homes are allowed.
Clothes lines are not permitted. An umbrella type clothes pole is permitted with approval.
For Sale Signs
For Sale signs are not allowed in or around your unit.
Permanent On Site (POS)
All units tied down must be skirted. Any changes or additions to your unit must be pre-approved and permitted by maintenance. Please notify maintenance before digging to avoid underground utilities.
Insurance is strongly recommended and should cover your park model, contents and golf cart.
